Well turns out she's been living inside Bryan's heart slowly trying to turn him into a Villain, Living in his Heart in the form of this strange black Slime Surging with the cursed Black Mana energy. Can Bryan overcome this Darkness and Remain a Hero of Legend? Or will he fall victim to the curse of the Queen of the alternate Dimension?
Only time, and the choices Bryan Makes, will tell.

I personally think the picture is very profound and meaningful. It clearly depicts a struggle between the youthful naivete of childhood innocence and the looming threat of adulthood; Bryan clearly represents innocent boyhood, as evidenced by his lighter color palette and comparatively small size. The Queen represents how murky and obscure future as an adult may seem - she towers over him, threatening to suck the simplicity and joy from his life and warp him into the very thing he's afraid of becoming.
